Engagement work

Civic Exchange regularly convenes people from the shipping industry, port operators, local craft (ferries, barges, tug boats, river craft), government officials, academics and other stakeholder groups in cross-sector discussions about how to clean up. This has led to innovative voluntary solutions such as the Fair Winds Charter, and the inclusion of relevant targets in regional planning documents, a likely precursor to regulation.
